Sneak Peek: Velma

I don’t consider myself particularly a cat or dog person. I love all animals and am a huge sucker for basically anything. But I am certainly a Velma person.

My kitty Velma is pretty much my favorite. She is just as ridiculously bitchy and unlovable by anyone but me as she was when I plucked her out of a West Michigan barn 11 years ago.

My design for the Fall/Winter Collection is very Velma inspired! But, you know, not a costume in Cats. Front fir trim means zigzag tummy texture. And a little side to side construction is always fun! I could take pictures of tweed yarn till my face turned blue.

Pulling out this sweater made me want to throw it on despite the warm temps! But I know it will be there for me when it gets cool again. You know, in like 6 months… right?!

  1. Ohhhhhh girl. You know that speaks to me. I might just have to add it to my yellow tweed collection!! Can’t wait until this drops in the fall.

    • It is it is! Yeah I think it’s going to be a good one! Your yarn is being stitched into one of these as we speak. So glad you like the look of it!
